World Students Day was announced on Monday 15th October 2018. Leaders of all political parties of all ages paid heartfelt tributes to this greatest leader of India.

Special achievements made by Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam
Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Sahib was honored with 22 awards and honors in his life. Apart from this, he wrote 18 books on youth, students, motivation, science, and technology. Some important achievements of his life are given below-
- Despite all the shortcomings, he completed his studies in aerospace engineering at Madras Institute of Technology in 1960.
- Became the project director for India’s first satellite launch (SLV2).
- Was awarded the Padma Bhushan in 1981.
- Was awarded the Padma Vibhushan in 1990.
- He was awarded the Bharat Ratna in 1997.
Dr. A.P.J Abdul Kalam’s contribution towards Education
Due to this love and trust of his students, after the tenure of his presidency, he continued to inspire students through his speeches in many colleges and academic institutions across India.
His love for the students was so deep that he took his last breath while giving a speech at the Indian Faculty of Management on the topic of keeping the earth a living planet.
